We loved the place and surroundings, it has all the facilities and more than expected amenities. The photos don’t do justice to the real property and the outdoors. Can’t fault it and the owners have made the whole process very easy. It is a loved and well kept place.

Loved our stay, quiet place in a superb waterfront location... we brought the boat, launched on a dirt ramp 50m away, left it in the water for 4 days and tied it to a tree overnight... the kids had an absolute ball, playing with the many toys available for use! House is well kept, even though a bit older absolutely everything works, heaps of kitchen tools, few books and DVDs to watch, but the best feature for us was the great outdoor patio space with big table to have amazing meals cooked on the BBQ with a million dollar view. Will be back.

What a view!!! Park your car in the drive and leave it there while you enjoy walking, fishing, using the tinny, and simply enjoy a magnificent view! If you are looking for all the mod cons this isn’t the place for you. If you are keen for an old fashioned holiday in a beautiful spot with so many things to do on location this place will be perfect for you.

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful house which is just by the lake. You could see the lake from the kitchen and from the living area. Photos here don't do justice to this beautiful house. We had a lovely time in this house.. we would surely come back again. Communication with Marrianne was easy and smooth!

We enjoyed our stay and appreciate the extra touches like kids books and toys, a fully stocked kitchen and the little row boat. The neighbourhood is quiet and the setting is perfect for bird watching. The local food shop and restaurants are within 4km too.

Peaceful and beautiful property.
We thoroughly enjoyed our few days at this property. Very peaceful and magnificent views. Loved the house and all its contents - didn't need anything except towels. Everything else was there that we required. Great place. Definitely will be going again.

Marrianne's place was wonderful. It was clean, the location was spectacular, she was fabulous to communicate with and we really appreciated being able to holiday there. As a family of 6 there was plenty of room and beds for all of us. Beds were super comfortable. Lots of crockery - things that are important for a big family. Thanks again Marianne. The back of this home opens onto a grassy lawn to the waters edge it is a fabulous location for the water sports and views. Well equipped kitchen. Friendly hosts. Well recommended.

Our 4th amazing stay at Casa Bianca!
Another amazing stay at Casa Bianca - this time with four generations of family! The raining start to the week didn't deter us from enjoying ourselves; the lake was beautiful and warm and then we enjoyed some games on the beautiful outdoor verandah. When the sun finally appeared we went for lovely long walks along the reserve. It was lovely to just be able to relax and not have to go anywhere (unless we wanted to). Fun was had by all and we we all disappointed when the end of the week came. We look forward to returning again next Christmas, if not before. We'd highly recommend this place, not just for families, but also for couples wishing for a peaceful, tranquil getaways (as we have done here many times).

Description
Casa Bianca on the Lake is a comfortable, well equipped 3 bedroom air conditioned waterfront reserve cottage resting on a very quiet part of glorious Lake Macquarie. The home is beautifully situated for you to take advantage of the long lake sunsets and afternoons by the water in the shade of the majestic gum trees.
After you drive onto the F3 freeway there is just one traffic light to hold you up on the easy 55 minute drive to your waterfront paradise
A feature of the cottage is the large undercover alfresco with outdoor setting where you can relax and enjoy Lake Macquarie views in the cool breeze or you may dine on the fish you have just caught and cooked on the outdoor BBQ.
The property has a large gently sloping lawn down to the lakes edge that has easy water access for boating and other water sports. There is a small boat ramp just 50m from the cottage or you can use the main boat ramp with large jetty, fenced sea pool, and BBQ facilities just 3 minutes drive away.
The split level house with spacious high ceilings sleeps up to seven people (recommended for 6 adults). The master bedroom has a king bed (can be split into 2 single beds) with a large built in wardrobe. While the second bedroom has a queen bed with built in wardrobe. The third bedroom also with built in wardrobe, has a single bed and a double bed. There is also has a separate toilet and bathroom with large bath and separate shower close to the bedrooms.
The downstairs consists of an open plan living area with comfortable lounges to relax after a day enjoying the water. The spacious kitchen is well equipped with plenty of appliances and cookware and combined with a large Kleanmaid gas cook top with double oven, you will be able to cook up a storm. There is a dining area next to the kitchen for easy meals. The 2nd bathroom has a shower and toilet and the laundry has washing, drying & ironing facilities.
Stunning Lake Macquarie is Australia's largest inland salt water lake; we are nestled on the serene southern shores of the lake, at the northern end of the NSW Central Coast. From Casa Bianca Lake House you can take advantage of many activities including, sailing, water skiing, wake boarding, canoeing, and fishing. It is the perfect location to relax with the family, or just getaway for a romantic weekend.
We provide a small "tinny" row boat for you to paddle around the calm waters of Lake Macquarie and a 3 seater Canadian canoe. We provide life jackets as well as an anchor, oars and paddles. Or you can bring your own boat and tie off in front of the cottage!
Casa Bianca is only 5 minutes stroll to the local shops which include two takeaways, coffee shop, post office, chemist, bottle shop and a well stocked general store with bait and fuel.
Acceptance of pets is entirely at the discretion of the owners and will be assessed for each booking.

The eastern side of Lake Macquarie borders the Pacific Ocean. The water is crystal clear and the sand is golden making the beaches a hotspot for surfers and swimmers alike. You can surf great waves in the heritage listed township of Catherine Hill Bay, have a day out with the kids at Caves Beach or Blacksmiths Beach where there are kids activity areas, BBQ facilities and a protected rock pool, or walk the expanse of Nine Mile Beach which has a patrolled beach at either end.
